One of the
most-loved and often controversial reality variety show in South
Korea, We Got Married bids goodbye to yet another popular couple
(WooJung).
This South Korean
reality variety show rose to fame when it started pairing up Korean
celebrities and show what it would be like if they were really
married. The show give tasks to the couple every week that they must
complete. Viewers like the show because it was originally all about
no pretensions and even manages to show the not-so-adorable or real
sides of the celebrities.
Some of the
well-loved couples born out of the reality show includes:
Khuntoria Couple
(Nickhun of 2pm and Victoria of f(x)
Adam Couple (Jo
Kwon of 2am and Gain of B.E.G.)
Lettuce Couple
(Kim Hyun Joong and Hwangbo)
and WooJung Couple
(Jang Woo and Eunjung of T-ara)
In the recent
season of WGM, there are only two couples left Leeteuk of Super
Junior and Kang Sora and the WooJung couple. However, this season is
clouded with controversy as the popular WooJung couple bids goodbye
to a year and several months of “married life.”
Though the
producers are saying get quote on this that it's not because
of the T-ara controversy (remember the noise made by Hwayoung's
departure from the group and bullying factors), viewers were still in
shock that the lovely couple had to say their goodbyes.
